Selection of Start Times for Competition Categories

In the Fin5 Orienteering Week competition categories H/D16–95 and children’s categories H/D8–14, participants can select their start times in advance. Start times for the elite classes H/D16–21E will be drawn randomly.

The start time selection service is open from Thursday, 26 June 2025 at 12:00 until Wednesday, 1 July 2025 at 23:59. Start times for the classes where starts are drawn will be published on this page during week 26, before the selection period for advance start times begins. If a participant does not select a start time via the service, a start time will be randomly assigned from the remaining available times.

Note! Start time selection must be done separately for each competition day.

Select your desired start time for each competition day in the selection service (26 June – 1 July 2025):

• Enter your license number in the field and click “Continue.”
• Select the correct event and day, e.g. “Fin5 2025, Day 1.”
• Then, the available start times will appear for you to choose from.
