Competition series

Registration for the competition is done through the IRMA service. Alternatively, you can register for the competition via the Holvi online store. Emit punching is used in the competition classes. The Emit card number must be provided at the time of registration. If the competitor does not provide the Emit card number by June 22, 2025, we will reserve a rental card for the competitor at a price of 20 €/week or 6 €/day. An Emit card can be rented from the info desk at a price of 20 €/week or 6 €/day. A fee of 95 € will be charged for an unreturned Emit card.

Registration via IRMA

Finnish Orienteering Federation licensed orienteers and foreign competitors register through the IRMA service. Instructions for obtaining a license can be found on the Orienteering Federation’s website. The participation fee is paid at the time of registration. Registration for the competition opens on August 1, 2024.

Emit Card Changes

In competition series, changing the Emit competition card number is free of charge until June 22, 2025. You can change the Emit number yourself directly in the IRMA service until June 22 or by notifying our competition office by email at tourinfo@woc2025.fi. From June 23, 2025, the Emit number change can only be reported by email. A handling fee of €10 will be charged for the change.
